Leadership ; The every man's onus.

Leadership means influencing the success of a goal positively.

So therefore, leading shouldn't be restricted to any body or a group of people.

A genuine leadership is achieved when everyone is playing a role (making influence) in blossoming a goal (greatness).

The explanation above shows that everyone on earth is a leader because there is always atleast one thing that we can influence.

I finally discovered that YES majority of us does make impact, but the bad news is that most people bear upon badly while others don't feel disquiet at all.

Stay with me as I share some fact!

Do you know that 22,000 children
die daily due to conditions of poverty? Do you know that every 5seconds, a child dies from hunger-related diseases? Do you know
that every year, 15million children die of hunger? Do you know that more than 11million children die from preventable health issues such as Malaria, Diarrhoea and
Pneumonia?

Throughout the 1990s, more than 100million children died from illness and starvation. Those deaths could have been prevented for the price of 10 stealth bombers or what the world spends on its military in two days. To satisfy the world’s sanitation and food requirements will cost only 13 billion dollars.
This is the amount the USA and the
European Union spend on perfumes each year. Each year, nearly 2million children are exploited in the global commercial sex trade. More than half of Africans do not have access to modern medical facilities. A
mere 2% of the world’s grain would be enough if shared, to erase the problem of hunger and malnutrition around the world.
God has given our generation everything we need to alter the course of human suffering
forever but our problems continue to prevail, in spite of the fact that they are artificial.
Are you blaming the government?

Don't go anywhere so as to know how you influence this badly or feel quite about!!!

My challenge today is that a lot of people are not even aware of the above. How can we not be aware? 70% of our people (Nigerians) are supposed to be youths and that should be a ‘miracle’ for the future but over 80% of that 70% are lost on sport, entertainment, fashion and a microwave mentality with no consideration for delayed
gratification, ready to make tons of money overnight. These young MINDs are usually the first to
complain about how the government is not aware of their plight. They forget LEADERSHIP isn't restricted to government, they forget that the same reason the government is not aware is
the same reason they are not aware of what is going on in the world around them. The government is only concerned about what interests them and the Nigerian masses are
only concerned about what interests them.

Self-interest is the common denominator. The care and concern the government officials don’t show is one they have mastered over the years before they became ministers and senators. The citizens who couldn’t do anything about the socials evils around them will not do too much if they make it into an office as a governor or president.
There is a little Nigeria in every home, with the same unfairness and precariousness of the national level. We are all the same. We only shield and hide behind the cloak of
irresponsibility of the government to cache our selfishness and greed. If government is responsible for governance then every human being is responsible for love, empathy, benevolence and kindness that
defines our humanity. Love is a duty,
kindness is a must and the commitment for you to do something is a necessity for the weak and the helpless around you. Your conscience is your guide. If the above makes sense to you, make a decision and a definite commitment to do
something now because genuine LEADERSHIP demands your part,so play it!!!
